Where can I download the app?
iCroupier: Black Jack is preparing for its App Store launch. The App Store button is currently a coming-soon placeholder. It does not open a live store listing.
The app is designed for iPhone and iPad running iOS or iPadOS 18.6 or later.
How do dealer calls work?
Each hand starts with two cards. Count correctly first, then choose or say “hit” / “take”, “stay”, or “too many”. A correct count alone never draws another card.
The dealer stays on every 17–21, including soft 17. A completed stay or bust starts the next hand when automatic next hand is enabled.
What should I say for a soft hand?
Say both values, such as “four or fourteen”. “4 or 14”, “4 14”, “4 / 14” and “4:14” are accepted count formats. Use the slash key when entering a soft count on the keypad.
The microphone missed my answer. What now?
Check Microphone and Speech Recognition permissions in iOS Settings for the app. Speak the English count clearly after the cards finish drawing, then make the action call. “Twenty-one” is supported.
Use Retry mic to start a new recognition request. Use keypad switches input while preserving the current hand. A paused voice session also offers Resume with keypad. On-device voice recognition needs a supported device and an available English recognition model.
Why does my bet answer need the profit only?
Blackjack payout practice asks for 3:2 profit, excluding the original stake. A bet of 285 therefore earns 427.5 profit. The original 285 stake is returned separately.
Side-bet practice also asks for profit according to the schedule shown for that table.
How do I inspect a bet or change the limits?
Drag the 3D table to change the viewing angle, pinch to zoom, or use the zoom and reset controls. Open the top-right gear to change the minimum and maximum bet. The default range is 5–500.
How do I change the deck and side-bet odds?
Open Settings → Deck studio to choose Classic, Pulse, Noir, Protocol or Spectrum. The menu also has a Deck studio shortcut.
Settings → Side-bet payouts offers preset and custom profit odds for Perfect Pairs and 21+3. The odds and stake for an already-dealt table stay fixed; changes apply to the next table.
Does it work offline, and is my practice private?
Keypad practice works without an account or an app server. Settings and training records stay on your device. The app has no ads, tracking SDKs or analytics SDKs.
Optional speech uses Apple’s on-device English recognition on supported devices. Audio and transcripts are not saved by the app or uploaded to the publisher. Read the privacy policy ↗
Can I play for real money?
No. This is an educational dealer-training simulator. There are no deposits, withdrawals, cash prizes or real-money wagers. Always follow the approved procedures and limits for your property.
